Without question, you're our man, the biggest asset any motorcycling team could ever want to support them, and we couldn't have done what we did without you!
We are truly thankful to you all, for your generosity of spirit, for your willingness to share your resources and for your faith in our cause. Its because of each and every one of you that we've got as far as we have.
Support Caltex!
Big thanks go to a couple of true Chevron/Caltex Stars! To Sharon and Claire at Chevron New Zealand; huge thanks for your support in working with the Herceptin Riders. Your help with the administrative details surrounding appropriate and workable fuel access for us throughout our planned travel has been extraordinary and very much appreciated. Thank you so much for appreciating our cause, and caring enough to devote some real time to connecting with us, to identify and suggest what we actually need, and then provide us with it, painlessly and promptly. We're sold on Caltex!
Remember, people; there's a Caltex service station in most big towns and cities. Remember too that most accept the 4c discount vouchers from all supermarkets. Most of all, remember that Caltex has more than just a star. It has a heart as well. Caltex cares for the community. Why would you gas up anywhere else?
Warwick and Steve In Napier
These two guys are absolute stars, for towing our blown-up back-up truck from Napier to the Intersialnder ferry terminal in Wellington, free of charge. They responded to our S.O.S. and stepped straight up to the plate. So well organised were they, the truck was on the ferry within 24 hours of them saying they would help us.
We take our hats off to you both, Steve and Warwick, for your kiwi "can-do" plan, and for making all happen so fast! You were quicker than we ever imagined, and its thanks to you both that we can now start getting to the bottom of the problem with the truck.
There's t-shirts in the post!
